The process

Step 1
Selection of real estate
Applicants profiles are checked for eligibility via WorldCheck. The process continues with suitable candidates. Real estate options are offered to candidates, if they wish, they can be seen on the spot.

Step 2
Investment completion
In order to complete the investment required for the Spain Residence by Investment program, the purchase and title deed transactions of the selected real estate are completed and tax payments are made.

Step 3
Documents preparation
An elaborate and explicative list indicating the documents needed for the application is provided to the investor. If needed, our attorneys can also provide clarifications using document samples. Our attorneys prepare the required governmental paperwork. With a power of attorney, our staff obtains all document approvals.

Step 4
Receiving residence permit
The residence permit is approved 20 days after the application. The applicant must go to Spain in person to obtain their residence card. Here, the help of our local lawyers is taken.

Step 5
Renewal of residence permit
The Spanish Residence Permit is valid for two years. Applicants whose deadlines have expired must go to Spain and renew their residency by applying. The condition for the new application is that the real estate has not been sold.
